This is Hel, some relation to the firey abyss. I don't think an ice Goddess would have much fun down there though.

Shini: Angewomon looks cool, so I used her for a bit of inspiration. I didn't steal anything though, just kept her in mind as part of what to drew. Cuz like I said [in my commentary about Synchro.EXE], I'm not experienced with females. ...[This] was a first draft of a character a friend of mine and I (I invented her mostly, lol) are going to have in a manga we make.
Hel is the name of an ice goddess in ancient mythology. I don't know much about her but I do know that her name is where the word 'hell' came from. Funny, isn't it?
