A new take on an old character! Shini was looking off normal and 23XX pictures of Synchro to draw this, so it ended up looking closer to them in Navi form then I drafted Synchro.EXE to be. Thank you, Shini! **hugs!** XD

Shini: When I drew SynchroEXE, it was one of the very few females I have ever drawn. And because I'm not very experienced drawing skinny characters I made her a little bit cartoony, but still tried to focus on making Synchro 23XX into SynchroEXE.
